I'll buy 10ac beside, but, I do not want to live in a compound, and be directed by some self appointed 'leader' person - you know that will happen. Humans naturally seem to filter that way, the left exemplify this.
We have 2ac right now, and are looking for 5 - 10, as our neighbors are slowly turning their lot into a trailer park... despite CC&Rs - because they are trailer trash from Vegas, lowering the value of everything around them. Most aggravating, when we keep ours in good condition..
In fact, I do not want to live anywhere near anyone. There, I said it, I am too much of a loaner for this concept....
I'll come into town once a week and say "Hi". 😁

Couldn't agree more-I live out in the country and depending upon my mood don't much care for people walking by my house to be frank. You sure won't be seeing me on Anon Island either. To each his own, but no thanks.

Tired of the mass.
Lved in cities, lived in villages lived by the sea, and in the boonies... I need space, and quiet.

Oh man, absolutely. I went to the grocery store today and heaved a huge sigh of relief-not a facemask around. Then I went to the bank and the man in front of me had one on and the teller was trying not to laugh because I was making faces-good grief. I thought I wanted to get out and do some volunteer work and it appeared God was closing doors left and right-then I realized I'm being protected-people have lost their minds.
