I was shocked. SIDNEY IS INNOCENT, OF COURSE.
But read this Tweet she posted 11-21-20
“#Georgia is squarely in our crosshairs for massive election fraud
& corruption.”
I’m assuming these legal shenanigans are part of The Plan

So yes trump is correct on both written statements and yet he gave us great clues on Powell’s true mission, hence her being chosen to represent general Flynn from the swamp directed prosecutions.
Trumps statement about Flynn being totally innocent is also a reference to Powell being totally innocent,
One more pardon of an innocent person coming up
in due time.
