AND takes four parts of magnesium to process ONE part of calcium, but ONLY raw can be. I was looking at the mamasans bent over as a kid in Japan, and I was like why Lord. THEN like women getting "osteoporosis" yet being given "calcium" them demons knowing good and damn well would not process. Project paperclip shit.
