To me, it goes back to self discipline.
- Take time for meditation (hour in the morning and hour in afternoon.
- Time in nature, breaking away from distractions.
- Listening to the inner voice.
Alone and not lonely or feeling isolated. (bliss).

I had a dream last night.
I was fighting side by side with you (in the spirit realm).
There were balls of energy exploding and popping.
There was a new type enemy character I have never seen in dreams before. They looked like giant odd formed children, adult sized with oversized heads.
You knew it was me. I felt like I knew you for a very long time.
