I swear people in NY and CA are just dumb. You should have seen my post to a lady in CA during Harvey. She was dogging HTown because she didnt believe 56 inches of rain in 4 days could do that to a major city. A major city on the Gulf of Mexico....with Bayous running everywhere.....and really bad drainage. I told the lady to buzz off.
