Kat, I wish I knew how to take a snapshot of this notice we received in the mail: Flagstaff is having a 'vote' this Nov. 7, 2023 & Lucky us; it's all by mail! I received this notice a couple of weeks ago & have YET to hear ANYONE say: "Wait a min.!! I'm NOT participating in "Vote by mail"! It's like they're checking to see how many are still asleep & the answer is 99% in our area.
