They did this in Baltimore at a concert this past summer. A Tiktok video was showing that the participants looked up and the mosquitos were dropped from a black helicopter right over the top of them. Those wearing pants and long shirts did not get full affect. Those in shorts, you heard them scream and rapidly leave the concert which was taking place in a park like setting.
