I remember seeing the video of Joe signing EOs in the "oval office" with a parking lot behind him, but can't find the video. A marine friend of mine, told me he had been to the Oval Office and that it is located on the 2nd floor. So looking at historic photos of the office and a schematic, it is located on the 2nd floor. Why does Joe have a parking lot behind him in his videos while other Presidents appear to have trees. Hmmm.
