How on earth were the Q drops planned and executed? Every drop has discrete data elements that interact with every audience, covert white hat strategy option, enemy beliefs and option. Mind boggling number of combinations of timing and content. Plus there is a variable reaction to each drop, so you need to be able to modify the future drops. Quantum computers? Time travellers? Portal from another dimension? No idea!

Not that military planning since perhaps Blitzkrieg has ever shown any obvious intelligence or brilliance. Finest so far (in human terms) may not be adequate for the task in hand. If humanity is somehow to escape yet another wiping from the face of the earth, we need greater minds on the task than the average Churchills or Rommels.
