first of all, Columbus did not discover anything when people where already living there and that is not what he went there for, he was shown maps and how to get there by people of the Ivory Coast
second it was not the Bahamas, it the island now known as the Dominican Republic
third, the Tainos did not ask for his help, they were surprised by the new look, because they already had dealings with white people in the form of Vikings
fourth, the Tainos did not need his help since they knew how to handle the Caribs. Tainos outnumbered the Carib 10k to 1.
But to be fair, some of her info is correct
