How to Land Grab:

1) Create Laws 1 month b4 a 'Natural Disaster' stating Developers can buy Land legally at a discounted price if a Natural Disaster occurs

2) Hire a corrupt Police Chief that previously 'failed' as a Captain that oversaw a LV shooting in 2017 and has experience in covering up crimes where large amounts of ppl are killed

3) Make a plan to catch citizens off guard to allow for the most destruction and loss of human life
- Shut off all the water
- Blockade homeowners in at checkpoints set by said Police Chief so they can't escape
- Prevent warning sirens from alerting residents after telling them the fire was 100% contained
-Arrest anyone trying to help or video the aftermath

4) Make sure Insurance companies won't have to pay homeowners that want to rebuild due to 'Zoning Infractions'

5) Start a Fire after everything has been setup and it's dry as bones..

Developers get the Land, Citizens can't rebuild, and the Police Chief covers everything up.

And they all get paid off with no regard for the Victims.
