II was trying to get more footage when it occurred. They are saying Hurricane... however, you are right, it looks much like CA when DEW was used...but CA had hit or miss mess..

So many examples of this, it's ridiculous.
Meanwhile they said 36 people have died, 11,000 had to be evacuated.

I will NEVER get how demons can live with themselves.

We have to stop seeing them as human,
because they are not. They are soulless.
Evil is hard to understand, but they don't
have the same regard for human
life as we do.
So when we talk about the crimes
the only way to understand it is to
realize that demons aren't human.
