Found out Hubbys kidneys are the issue! Figuring out what stage kidney disease and treatment for Him now! Praying its not stage 4 or 5! 🙏🏼 Today will be heart Cath, hopefully if His blood work on kidney is ok so they can do it! Our Cardiologist said doesn’t see changes as per blood work for heart, but still wants Cath. performed to make sure! Please pray for good outcome! Love to All ❤️🥰🙏🏼

My sister is following the diet of a man who reversed his kidney disease with vegetables, fruits, eggs, fish & more of a low refined carbohydrate diet. She follows different doctors. No seed oils, only Olive, avocado, coconut & Butter. No sodas. (She avoids chicken & red meats. However, we all need a Little red meat every week or our muscles will waste away. My friend almost died on a no meat diet.) KenDBerryMD on YouTube has a diet for kidney disease. He says no refined carbs, like a diabetic would avoid. But our brains need plant carbs. I believe in dense minerals like those in Spirulina or grasses. Saw comments: a woman got off of statin drugs & improved. Eat organic i& eat in moderation & Pray. God Heal your husband & BLESS you. ❤🙏
