set up by a WH aide WASN’T planned.
POTUS listened to what they had to say re the Insurrection Act
but IF Trump HAD signed the IA
we would have done what Lincoln did
because once you involve the Military
BY DEGREES the country would have gone into Civil War.
When the Military is finally deployed
IT WILL BE TO *STOP* A CIVIL WAR—not start it.
The President agreed initially to have Powell come in the next day
to draw up the paper work.
After everyone left, Giuliani told the President privately,
“Don’t sign it.”
President Trump met with General Staff & MIL Generals
& in the early morning of Dec 19 [the power #]
& they advised him IF he signed the IA
we’d be in Civil War by Spring.
These are great Patriots but they were not privy to
what had ALREADY been decided behind-the-scenes.
So QTeam proceeded on the path
they’d ORIGINALLY intended 💥
