Only if we live under a Constitution...which we do not. We are still under the British Crown. Since we've declared Bankruptcy, I don't believe that the US, Inc. is under anything but Martial Law.

I've seen so many declare that the US "corporation" is null & void
I'll believe it when I see absolute undisputed & documented proof & see DC - District of Columbia - dissolved & the land returned to the surrounding states
