Yep because I am pretty sure that no vote is necessary to replace the VP.. they just do it and then Biden resigns or they 25th him and voila.. new President just like that ..

They can always still call for McCarthy to be removed and put Trump in as Speaker.
In that scenario, once he is called the rule says the House can do NO MORE business until it is resolved and they have a speaker, so a new VP couldn't be approved prior to resolving the speaker situation.
It seems the WHs hold this and the SCOTUS/Brundson case over their heads as a dare.
