1) They don't have to touch the fraud since 45's won 3/4 of the fraud cases already. That's what gives him the standing in the SCOTUS.
SCOTUS will hear the Election Fraud cases on 2/19.
The 09-2018 E.O.s will be cited. FRAUD VITIATES EVERYTHING, and the assets of the bad foreign actors will be seized.
This movie scene is purely and simply the 1st part to opening EVERYTHING up to the public.
This ends in a WIN on 2/19.
SCOTUS is hearing ALL FRAUD CASES on 2/19 as well.
At that point, By3D0N will LOSE and the election will be overturned.
