My dogs get terrified. I don’t like fireworks either. Humans have no respect for how animals react to the loud booms and percussive shocks the fireworks cause. My dogs can hear an ambulance miles away long before my ears can pick it up. Fireworks have to be painful to them.

I just stood in the pasture with them until they ended. My dog would have joined me but he was scared too
