Yes, there are many ways to get rid of parasites, I'm not a big fan of using any metals internally. Instead, I always put a pinch of baking soda in my coffee, so I prefer to crumble rocks. 😂
The basis against all diseases is to have a deacidified organism, because parasites thrive in an acidic environment. And then also to be mentally well (it also deacidifies). It also helps to drink drinks from a copper vessel.
And silver bullets help against external parasites. 😄
