Last June, we took a week to reccy Boise and the surrounding, the weather is very similar to what we have where we are right now - but with more rain
Land was already comparible to prices to where we are right now - with most of So Cal moving here and bringing their bullshite with em... we discovered the same in Boise, it was leftists from Oregon and Washington there.
Leftism is a virus, and spreads like a plague.
We are in N AZ at the moment, its becoming a lefty shit hole.
9 years ago, when we moved here, we ate at a local country steak house restaurant. On Friday, they had their first shooting incident.
Traffic is horrible, and the whining and bitching on the local FB page is worse... we are now looking at OK, AK, MO... but we hate the humidity, and mosquitoes... 😔
