I don't think the White Hats and ETs helping us will allow that.
Juan has a couple of times reminded us of the
"First Strike" scenerio and what happens then.
That Biden can not answer a "First Strike" with all out nuke war >>>he doesn't have the power without the Generals in Cheyenne Mountain and they won't do it.
Juan also has meticulously pointed out that we have a policy before returning nuke fire, that we have to verify where it came from just in case someone is just trying to purposely get us to start a war. So that someone making us think a nuke came from Russia when in fact it didn't doesn't cause a nuke world war maliciously.
That sort of thing has safety set ups. One would have to wonder why he would point this out to us if not to let us know there are safety in place.He usually has a purpose for everything he says.
