An attorney said do not use self check out. She is representing people who were charged with theft when the machine did not Scan their items properly. Many times cashiers had to type the UPC codes in bcuz the items did not scan. I wasted 15 minutes trying to check out myself at Sam's Club & the cashier said, "This one is broken." 🤔
