Brunson case is simply for optics at best.
The case does not have Merritt, subject matter jurisdiction, there is not lawful authority to hear the case.

The process of the legislative branch is not a long process, where what the Brunsons are doing is taking in money, getting denied recurring from the Judicial branch.
