Brunson case is simply for optics at best.
The case does not have Merritt, subject matter jurisdiction, there is not lawful authority to hear the case.
Deron Brunson has learned from Kirk Pendergrass of Kirks Law Corner the proper process, in which goes to the Legislative branch of Government, Election issues, problems, concerns>>>In the form of Petition, go's to the Legislative branch of Government, There is Zero Authority for the Judicial Branch to hear the case, actually a crime to hear the case.

Could things be read like Trumpets making noise, awakening areas of information for certain levels of awareness?
How many times have the Brunsons being denied?
How many times do they need to be denied?
The process of the legislative branch is not a long process, where what the Brunsons are doing is taking in money, getting denied recurring from the Judicial branch.
"All Political power is inherent in the people for many reasons"
Leaving the power to the Judicial Branch is nonsensical.
Foundations in a Republic, suppose to be essentially Self Governing.

It's pretty cool when you can see different perspectives. I am pretty much just educated by life, no college for me. I really do understand what you are saying though and I appreciate it! You have a good way of teaching/explaining.
