Awwww that's so sweet of you to say 😊 ❤ Yes, that pic is recent...ok so I mainly eat meat, cheese, nuts and fresh vegetables...all organic when possible. I rarely eat out. As far as carbs go, I eat a few chips here and there, but as I stated in my profile, I like my beer, so that's mainly where my carbs come from. I don't eat sweets at all, no candy, cookies or none of that stuff, can't stand it. No fast food either. I grill most of the meat that I eat. I workout 5 or 6 days a week, mainly core muscle and glute exercises, no weightlifting anymore, though.
