Joey I lost almost all of my friends and family - it happened right after my Mother died too - so it really hurt... that was back in 2019...however : I have 3 Daughters and my oldest just turned on me - (2 days ago) I did not expect it at all. She will not speak to me- so I get how hard it is - but I also know that God needs to strip you of everything and everyone to find yourself.. deeper.... it's suppose to happen like this..it sucks.. I mean it really SUCKS.. God is smacking us in the face trying to tell us - we need to do it on our own..sometimes NO ONE can be around when the final piece of the puzzle needs to be found.. it's a sacred TRUTH moment... Hang in there ... it's closer than you think.

I've backed off lately myself, especially when my temper was getting too short & my patience too thin
Folks react in different ways & I try to bear that in mind but it still gets to me more than it should

I'm sorry to hear about your anons - I also bear in mind that I may have to try to play the part of a safety net because there sure aren't any for those who need it the most

I keep praying that's true. Had a bad split with a co-worker "friend". She was so rude to me and her own grandmother that worked with us, so I distanced myself and focused on my job. In the end, she's accusing me of being the bad friend. I don't get the immaturity in people. Guess I see the world different now. How can you not. Just wish I could find the right tribe to work with.
