My friends and I stopped into a small cafe for lunch, they wanted to walk about and tour the town, I couldn't move. I felt overwhelmed with anxiety and couldn't move. I have never felt such anxiety about visiting a place.

I never really considered myself an empath. But there are times that I become uncomfortable and not safe in some surroundings. I am a pray-er though; many of my friends will call me for prayer when they are feeling down or defeated. Thank you for opening a door for me, I will try to become more aware.
