Soldiers do not salute the President simply because he’s President… we salute because he’s the highest ranking 👉🏻Officer👈🏻 aka Commander-in-Chief.
Officers don’t salute Officers.
Enlisted salute Officers.
Generals don’t salute the CIC because they’re still Officers.
This video yesterday, June 1, 2023, says EVEN MORE backing January 2021 optics of Military actors and central casting.
One, the first guy saluting is an Officer. He does not have to salute.
Two, the guy with his hand over heart? 🤦🏽
Three, “Biden” salutes a General 🤣

Air Force vet here. Not exactly sure what you are pointing out with regards to salutes. All enlisted ranks salute ALL officers. Officers salute - higher ranking - officers. In other words, an O-1 officer will salute all other officers except other O-1s.
