I am livid! Who else has had to deal with ID.me? It doesn't work. This sham is keeping people from their rightful earnings!

I've tried for 3 days in a row & for some odd reason, they can't read the biometrics of my face to tie me to my Passport to get my tax return.

I'm going to have to pull 2 years of tax returns & sit on hold with the IRS in order to verify who I am. This is intrusive & ridiculous. They never gave a shit about my identity when I owe them money.
