I've been doing that for 10 years, I never was a breakfast person so it was quite easy. One meal a day is enough and my body is in balance; blood preasure, blood sugar, colesterol... no need for snacks every few hours

We all are different, husband eats much more than 3 times a day... he has been trying to gain weight for as long as I've known him, well over 30 years. He eats like a horse but also works like a horse.

Each body and metabolism is unique, carefully try the intermittent fast and see what works best for you! Additionally, eating seasonal foods is something to try out.

I just started intermittent fasting. I really like it, after about 3 days I haven't felt hungry and when I do eat, it's been light meals. I have lots more energy and have been getting up at 5 am to go walking too!
