I stopped drinking green tea because of high fluoride levels. White tea is much better with all the same benefits as green tea. My understanding is that white tea and green tea come from the same plant. Green tea leaves however are 4-7 years old (And fluoride collects in the leaves). White tea is the same plant only the leaves are less than 1 year old.

Real green tea nor any other real food does not have fluoride in it without being put in it, as fluoride is a man made surplus from the making of aluminum
