I’m blessed to live in a Farmland area & buy my food
from Farm stands or Farmer’s markets.
I won’t buy ANYTHING edible in ANY supermarket
or ANY packaged, boxed, canned ANYTHING
from BlackRock/Vanguard that makes MOST global ‘food’
in their laboratories + endless poisons.

To clean my produce even if it’s ‘organic’ from Farmers I know
I rinse & then soak EVERYTHING in a big bowl of pure water
+ 1 or 2 TBLs Baking Soda for 20 minutes. Dry.
Put in storage bags in fridge 😻🙏🏻
