Not sure when or why I started doing this when giving someone hugs, all I know is that it works.
Before I hug someone, I close my eyes and think the word LOVE, and when I hug them it is the most spiritual exchange of true love. It became habit, and the more I did this, my world began to change. It was as if God told me to be true to the people around me, and to recognize the ones who needed it the most. Soon I no longer had to think it, came as natural as breathing.
