Just like it is up to us to stop the murdering of millions of babies that WE ALLOWED to happen on our watch thro abortions.

Yes even the Governors in wheelchars could stop it right now if they really wanted to stop it....Put razor wire on the ground in front of all the access points/breaks in the wall and boom it stops...Easy fast and cheap!
