Scrambling to become Basel IV compliant as many couldn't access of their systems on January 1, 2023 in new QFS asset backed requirements.
Basel compliance has apparently been optional in the past!
2 years ago David Straight confirms Reno as new Treasury location and has seen the new U.S. bank notes in his 3 day seminar in Northern California, "Out of Babylon".
