my bad left hip feels like it needs to crack/pop after falling directly on my knee the other day which jolted my hip honestly out of place... i screamed for minutes...
its bad.
i can barely walk. the ROM is 1/10 before feeling major pain and like its going to snap.
these heavy metals in me R destroying my joints.
i had ultrasounds and xrays done - there was nothing.
just bursitis
my doctor said i can even continue to do my daily squats.
keep in mind i have the worst doctor in Ontario lmao useless!
