After some additional research, this is Obama's father's passport. That being said, extract "Occam's Razor" from that realization --> Hussein was not American, and we have the verified Kenyan birth certificate to show that.

I think that most people just passed by the 1959 date stamped on it.
It may have more to do with Malik pointing out that Barry is denying his father a place in his library/history. Maybe trying to point out that they don’t really share the same father?
