Take the fella to New York City set up a Pillory and place a sign for his crimes under his head. Let him be humiliated and scorned, when he begs forgiveness allow him to make restitution to the tribe. I would imagine 24 hours would be sufficient. It seemed to change a bunch of ppl's minds in our past.
