I wondered the same. If this is all about letting the enemy destroy themselves, while expending the energy and funds to put things in place for Trump's return, then I think it will be both and neither. Maybe, merge XRP and USD?
Remember when Trump was debating in 2016 and he said he was using the tax loopholes they created? I think he's going to use their system against them, this time for our benefit. I also remember a time when he emphasized "blockchain," but said he wasn't a fan of bitcoin.
