While mom & pop shops were forced to close during the scamdemic, places like Walmart, mcDonald's, etc. were open & receiving millions in PPP "loans" & Restaurant Revitalization grants through the SBA - what'd they do? Did you notice how many McDonald's were under construction during that time? They automatized their businesses. Fort Worth, TX recently opened the first almost fully automized McDonalds. In essence, the taxpayers paid to have their jobs replaced by machines.
