Is God, the God of the Bible...a "Covenant God"?

I know the entire theology and book well in multiple translations and personally carry/use a 1611 KJV, former minister, been in the book since the 70s so not needing/initiating any conversations on that or requesting a theological debate about it. But in a simple one decision or the other, either simply yes or no. If you have an alternative answer please don't input it, just seeking the vote count comparison for research's sake.
