As of noon today January 20 2021 when Biden illegally swore in with the assistance of foreign nations, it made the government illegitimate and effectively put it into military control. If the military has proof of it voter fraud, then they have a duty under military code to remove the false government and restore a new legal civilian government under military code 11.3 which triggered when Biden was sworn in at noon today.
