I can personally attest that HAARP is active.
For the past 4 months in my usual Sunny S. CA
we've had 4 months of cold, wet, rain & clouds.
Some years ago, Gene Decode said
one of the few weapons the deep state has left
is weather weapons.
The recent devastating earthquakes
in Turkey & Syria were DS.
Last night a tornado ripped through
a tiny beach town near me demolishing
28 homes in a mobile home village.
We’ve endless storms with pounding rain,
road closures & flooding in the last months.
The deep state not only want to cause chaos
& wipe out small businesses,
but if they can “block out the Sun,”
which is what Bill Gates wants to do,
they will “depress” us emotionally
& therefore dim our LIGHT.
Ascension is coming & the DS know it.

It is river-bound in the Central San Joaquin Valley in CA I am worried we are not going to be able to get the crop planted.....In Salinas the river broke and it is flooded in the prime planing area....URGH....their has to be a special hell for the D/S......drowning my beautiful State.....be safe Kat.....mucho love.....xxx Robin

It's because CA has so much LIGHT & SPIRIT
that the demons attack us mercilessly.
👽 Dunno if you know this, an Anon told me
there was a massive Alien fight overhead
this past week.
It makes sense to me because my Emotions
were roller-coastering
while the rain & storms were pounding.
Often "lightning" & "cloud cover"
are Galactic battles & the lighting is weapons.
THEY'RE ramping up their attacks
because their time is up & they KNOW it 💥

Kern county kern river valley to be exact is part of the. We have had over 6 in of rain and our lake has risen so high we can see it on the south end where it was almost gone.
