I can personally attest that HAARP is active.
For the past 4 months in my usual Sunny S. CA
we've had 4 months of cold, wet, rain & clouds.
Some years ago, Gene Decode said
one of the few weapons the deep state has left
is weather weapons.
The recent devastating earthquakes
in Turkey & Syria were DS.
Last night a tornado ripped through
a tiny beach town near me demolishing
28 homes in a mobile home village.
We’ve endless storms with pounding rain,
road closures & flooding in the last months.
The deep state not only want to cause chaos
& wipe out small businesses,
but if they can “block out the Sun,”
which is what Bill Gates wants to do,
they will “depress” us emotionally
& therefore dim our LIGHT.
Ascension is coming & the DS know it.

That tiny beach town is where I live and less than a mile from me where the Totnado struck. We had no injuries but all the roofs were ripped off their homes.
My mother loves in a small town near Sequioa and has been unable to get out. The bridges were washed out
