This is what it looks like when a rocket flies straight up. It hits the dome and skids until it runs out of fuel. I had no idea what it was when I took the picture almost 10 years ago. But since then I've seen similar photos and videos particularly on the Erewhon Telegram channel. The white mist in the rear is moisture forming a wake behind the rocket. There's also a video taken from the POV of a rocket that went straight up and stopped suddenly. It hit the dome and stayed there. That's why whenever there's a televised rocket launch it always flies in a downward arc after takeoff.
