You have come to the realization that the public was being misled this whole time. There is not a doubt in your mind. There are the people on one side, and the media and politicians on the other side, telling lies.

Now go one step further and realize that you never stopped being "the public" and that there are still interests out there actively lying to you, actively misleading you, actively manipulating you.

The narrative has a counter-narrative, and both sides are fabricated, and engineered with a purpose. Not falling for one is only a partial success.

If you turn away from one just to lean into the other, no progress has been made. That's what I see entirely too much of on here.
