I was in a car accident and had chronic back and neck pain, my car insurance agent (😲 wow! there are some GOoD people in that industry) sent me to a NUCCA Dr. and within 2 weeks i was walking again (upright) with no more bulging disks, vertigo, or pain! I know it HELPS WITH trigeminal neuralgia, and lower spine issues such as sciatica, disc bulges, and disc herniations. Yes also myself, car accident, neck locked, could not turn head or look up or down. The specialists could not fix me and labeled me as disabled for life. Gave me drugs and mostly bed ridden. 7 years later found NUCCA, it is wonderful!! I am not 100% healed but I am living my life and working etc etc etc

Thank you for sharing this. I have been in so much pain in my neck and hips this week. (arthritis). At the moment, I smell like menthol, it would be nice to smell differently while trying to reduce muscle pain.

💓Just a suggestion for inflammation (joints- arthritis) .. eat a low-glycemic index diet, it is low in sugar and refined carbohydrates, which can trigger inflammation. Eat more omega-3s, as these healthy fats have been shown to reduce inflammation, also removes Heavy Metals in RA.
Eat more fiber, fruits, and vegetables. Fiber, which is found in fruits, vegetables, and legumes, can lower inflammatory cytokines. Plus, fruits and veggies are full of antioxidants that can combat inflammation.
Meditate, yoga, Tai Chi, masage, movement is key! Certain botanical supplements, including ginger and turmeric, have been shown to fight inflammation. Please read Anthony Williams, Medical Medium, and his blog on food (celery juice is GREAT) for arthritis is priceless!
