Yes I did know this.
Most people have heard of MK or any number of other programs, but they do not understand the deeper significance of what it really means.
The actual programing/torture creates an alter or separate personality that is programable. The alters do not know about eachother.
It is like the chicken and the egg, one has to blame the programmers and shrinks for creating the mess. And Yes Chicago is rampant with them.
I wonder how much Loyola University plays into it.
