Police arrived to a smash and grab robbery in Edmonds, WA and had to stand at the scene and watch the robbers flee. State law stops them from chasing criminals. This is crazy I didn't know that there are laws like this. So, basically a person can do an armed robbery, possibly murder someone. When police get to the crime scene, they have to watch them flee because of the law. Crazy!
