Good Morning AnonUp familyπ
Need help/prayers Pleaseπ
Can't see - everything blurry; lots of vertigo and losing my balance. Trying to connect but everything churning in my mind and can't focus.
Thought maybe part of the process but not sure now. lots of emfs/rfs here lately.
Never been good at asking for help, but if you see this and could say a prayer i would be grateful
Love to you all π

There is also the Epley maneuver that is very successful and is done by lying backward over pillows or over the edge of a bed. This condition is called BPPV which stands for
Benign
Paroxysmal
Positional
Vertigo
It is most common in womanover 60. I know, I have this and it can be incapacitating. Videos of the Epley maneuver are available on line.

Once you do the maneuver, when you get to the upright position and the room still spins some, that shows you need to repeat it. If there is no dizziness that shows it was successful. Keep your head upright afterward and sleep a bit elevated the first night. Look for a video by a PT person whose last name is Tate. Her videos are excellent. I recently had a bout of this in BOTH ears! I ended up having to go to an ENT specialist where they did a log roll maneuver as well because I had some crystals stuck in a horizontal tube. That is pretty rare. But if you don't improve, see an ENT doctor. π
